The series follows through the changes of young Roma sisters from rural Hungary. From dropping out of school through surviving without a job to becoming mothers at a young age. A self-assigned, ongoing project since 2009.
An essay of portraits on longing, on the whirling of emotions; desire, love, abandonment, disillusionment. The intense moments that permeate the life of a deprived family.
Their boundaries of wholesomeness of life lie elsewhere than in the life of the viewer. Probably it is for this very reason that their looks invite us to face ourselves.
