Moments in time

My presented works are ‘moments in time’ inspired by (collective) memory, (hidden) history, identity and the unknown. I find ways to express my themes in my collage work. Using elements of nature is an invitation to see not only the beauty but also the challenges and struggles presented in the collages. Using color for the present and black and white for the past is a challenging combination which I find interesting to explore. How does the past influences the now and the future in people’s lifes?
