During New Zealands C-19 level 4 lockdown, you were only allowed to move ( heavely restricted ) in your imediate area where you lived, and this was only for exercise, and essential shopping. For a photographer this could of been hell, but really it was a chance to observe, look at my environment in a different way, and try to think about things differently, aka projects. The thing I noticed right from the start of level - 4 lockdown, was how many people were walking there dogs. Dogs that might be only walked a few times a week, soon were being walked daily, mine included. Our front gates became the back drop, I let people pose as they did, the dogs too, as they are the real stars, because this is about them.
