This collection of photographs „A wink of time“ documented my vacation
in New York City inspirated by the photographer Saul Leiter. The analog
photography is the best way to show all those little winks in the streets
of New York like Leiter does in the 1950s. Capturing moments and telling
stories about situations of people during their everyday lifes. Sceneries
are changing every second and I made it to my task catching those.
The emphasizing of vertical and horizontal lines came just subconscious
while taking the following pictures. The photographs happened randomly
by walking though the streets. Just small winks in time of New York City.
