Submission - five individual images

A visual omnivore, I enjoy photographing just about any subject, but I often look for hidden details or situations "out of whack". I am drawn to patterns and interruptions or breaks in patterns, where something is bent or worn out or out of place. With a slight shift in perspective and the mundane, the broken or ugly appears in a new light. The object becomes a meditation. Or the object is transformed by the camera’s eye, the framing, its own colors.
