Through the Rangefinder: Street photography, Jung and the Trickster-figure

Through the Rangefinder: Street Photography, Jung and the Trickster-figure explores the urban spaces of both Perth, Western Australia and Tokyo, Japan blending the two vastly different cities and cultures into a single monolithic space. Furthermore this project examines the subject, the photographer and the genre of street photography itself as manifestations of native american Trickster-figure of Wakdjunkaga. These images form part of a larger body of work which is the companion piece for my thesis of the same name.
