Street photography means a lot to me. It’s a way to express myself. I have a huge rage in me, I’m a little melancholy, I can’t stand the current squalid and miserly society. Unconsciously, I think I can show my emotions through most of my photos. It’s also a way to kill my boredom. I hate routine so I go out and get some air with my camera. For me street photography is the expression of a personal emotion on the one hand and the reflection of our society on the other hand through the capture of a moment, a light, a shadow, an action or a simple look. I would like my photos not only to be an image but also to be a moment when we appeal to our senses, to our memory, to our imagination. But the returns are not indispensable to me, I do photography first of all for me. Many photographers inspired me but Saul Leiter is the one who pushed me to take better pictures. I am inspired too by the many talented photographers I can see on Instagram like Craig Whitehead or Joshua Jackson.
