Me, you?... and out there

In addition to the focus on post-communist Eastern Europe, my work approaches street photography at a distance where the relationship between individuals, each other, and their environment becomes more apparent. Shooting exclusively on 35mm film with a 50mm lens has simplified the search for these moments, which in turn (hopefully) elicit an emotional response in the viewer-- one close personal connection to the subject in a dream-like frame.
