A Certain Slant of Light

I am particularly interested in exploring photography’s shifting relationship to painting and sculpture. My focus is on capturing the dreamlike point at which reality becomes abstraction. I create one-of-a-kind large-scale photographs that immortalize the hidden beauty in the otherworldly landscapes from a unique perspective thousands of feet above the earth. My recent work provides intimate glimpses of the earth’s palette in remote parts of Northern Ethiopia, Kazakhstan and Iceland.
