Mechanical attraction

Cars, airplanes, and other mechanical things are important parts of our culture. Some, like the 1959 Cadillac, call attention to themselves: "Look at me!" Others, like the tail of a Lockheed, are more subtle, but still reveal a designer's expression of beauty among the mundane and functional.
