Above all, The Greek Dogma is the photographic account of a series of long nocturnal strolls around an ancient temple. It is steeped in the latter’s gods, philosophers, and their fated undoing.
An eternal, binding, one-way trip; enduring, circular musings on time, on being, on becoming, and on our capacity for transformation. Several narratives and elements (some of which remain ongoing) converge in this project that opens with gold and segues to sulphur, salt, and mercury: symbols of a simple mind that evolves into an original element. Moreover, these tales may easily be interpreted as all but metaphysical.
