BOGS

Bogs represent the continuation of my work in exploring the modification of photographed images using computer digital technology in creating a possible new genre in fine art photography. The bog images were photographed in a couple of acres of woodland, that contains unique growing vegetation that protrudes from small bodies of water that reflect the sky, overhanging growth, trees, and adjacent landmasses. All the digitally modified images retain the compositional integrity of my photos. All photographs were taken in 2020 and are identified by the photographed date. By the end of June till late October the bog area is overgrown by its vegetation and was not conducive for creating the images I strived for.
