General Entry - Series

These images were taken over twenty years in the North Coast woods of Mendocino County. They are part of a larger series of photographs documenting communal living, dwellings and the people on my commune and in the surrounding towns. The photographs document a intentional community of 10 families on 32 acres which was my childhood home. I have known these people my who life, and watched the ebb and flow of life and death in this magical community. It is part of a self-published book, Communal Child published as an artist proof in 2014, and is in the final stages of submission for publication.
