Divided we stand, 2020

Divided we stand is a photo series about social distancing at the beach. The title is borrowed and twisted from a quote : ˝Together we stand, divided we fall˝ by Pink Floyd. Beach is one of the places where it's almost impossible to keep the distance while people are swimming in the same water and lying next to each other. Therefore, I tried to divide the subjects in the frames using geometrical shapes to create the illusion of being apart while being together.
