Black Whole Project a series that began as an investigation into the effect of Austerity on the streets of London. How it the cutbacks directly effected community policing which led directly to an influx of drug dealers into central London and the devastating effects of this on the city's most vulnerable inhabitants. Some have been homeless for many years for others it's a very new experience but for all the streets hold the potential for unimaginable cruelty for which there is little reprieve in times of austerity where finances as well as empathy are in short supply.
