Algo de luz y poco más.

I have always been struck by those everyday objects that we see every day at home and that almost never deserve a photo Simple objects, a crystal glass forgotten on the table after eating, a vase with flowers, a cup, apples - these will become then in something recurrent -, and in general everything that catches my attention and I consider that it can be an interesting photo. Nothing prepared, they are simply there, although many have the same space in common. A glass table in my living room. The result was a series of photos that I started by calling "casual" still lifes. With confinement first, and before the impossibility of going outside, I resumed the series, and later on a trip to the old family home, where I found new corners and objects from past times, which I have expanded this time, with more intentionality, but always looking for simplicity and a common minimalist point. Siempre me han llamado la atención aquellos objetos cotidianos que vemos cada día en casa y que casi nunca merecen una foto Objetos sencillos, un vaso de cristal olvidado en la mesa después de comer, algún jarrón con flores, una taza, manzanas - estás se convertirán después en algo recurrente -, y en general todo aquello que llama mi atención y considero que puede ser una foto interesante. El resultado fue una serie de fotos que yo empece llamando bodegones “casuales”. Con el confinamiento primero, y ante la imposibilidad de salir al exterior, retomé la serie, y posteriormente en un viaje a la antigua casa familiar, donde encontré nuevos rincones y objetos de épocas pasadas, que he ampliado esta vez, con más intencionalidad, pero siempre buscando la sencillez y un punto minimalista común.
