long exposure in black an white

For some time now I have been experimenting with long exposures, at night or with panoramas consisting of several pictures. The long exposure makes it possible to bring movement into a panorama and thus influence the message of the photo. The difficulty is to turn the camera at a constant speed around a defined angle so that I can stitch the pictures into a panorama later.
