Laura was born in Bilbao in the 70s, and is a yoga and meditation teacher. She worked internationally in retail companies for most of her professional life, but, as a result of a crisis of anguish caused by severe work stress, she left the corporate world to go to work in Ethiopia, in an NGO. In Addis Ababa, she discovered that there was another way to live, and she loved it. There she came into contact with yoga for the first time.
Shortly after, and back in New York, she decided to train as a yoga teacher, a training that ended in India. Finally, she retired to live in a quiet place. She chose the island of Mallorca. From a town in the Serra de Tramuntana she teaches her philosophy of life through her classes. She comments: "... how can you teach a blind man what the color green is, if you are also blind ...". Understand yoga as an inner knowledge in which you have to let go of your "ego" and be able to live in the here and now in solitude. It is from this place that you will be able to connect with others, from loneliness and from your true "self", that means "stop being blind."
