Here are some of my favorites of my portraits. A mix of people really close to me and people I didn't know.
When I photograph on assignments, I often explain, that they don't have to do anything but being present. When I photograph my loved ones, they are sort of use to me having a camera, that they don't do anything for the camera. They were they already, and I take forward the camera, because, I like what I see. I simply make them stop up, and be patients with me for a minute, while I try to register this moment that I already remember forever, now I get the photo. When I shoot "for pleasure" (some work too here, in this category), I almost solely use my analog cameras, and black&whote film, that I develop myself.
