Less is more

Since my injuries I have had to address my mobility issues and change my style of working. I am still fairly mobile but certainly not as fast as I used to be. It has dictated the equipment that I now use, mainly manual focus, as I feel that it gives me more of a connection with my subjects (awful term can't think of another word), and also more of an honesty in creating an image. I feel that as I am much slower in getting around it can also it a way give me more time to compose, focus and capture an image.
