Altruism

Born out of one man’s journey into the world of a kidney failure diagnoses, our goal is to heighten awareness for thousands of Canadians waiting for kidney transplants. By documenting persons in need and the heroes who selflessly volunteer to help, these candid portraits reflect all that it is to be human: to come to terms with our own mortality and to find strength and courage in the face of it, to respect and appreciate our bodies, and to practice the highest form of altruism.
