Through this project, my aim is to show the remarkable diversity of the Californian population, especially in the San Francisco Bay Area. Here, people from all around the world live together and share their cultures, customs and characteristics. All retain their religion, cuisine, celebrations, traditions and ways of life, and integrate these with the American ones, effectively inhabiting both cultures. As an example of this diversity, I’ve chosen the girls that make up the Girl Scouts Troop 60735 of Northern California.
