Summer of COVID

I took these photos over the summer of 2020 just before my 18th birthday. They capture my family’s unconventional summer, book ended by road trips, during the pandemic. My goal is to highlight the small moments of my life and fill them with meaning. My focus is portrait photography as it pertains to storytelling. I aim to create perspective; to help people see the bits of their life that would otherwise go unnoticed. I aim to explore new ways of seeing, feeling and thinking by telling stories through portraits of daily life.
