Portrait photos from competitions

This is a very small selection of 5 images that I wanted to present to you just to see if they find your interest. I have been working with people from all over the world for many years in the Marketing business before I decided to quit my job. I just felt that photography was just more of what I wanted to do. I was invited to several festivals in the world and one of the most authentic to me where the Bodypainting Festival in Klagenfurt ( Austria) which impressed me with their creativity and their colours the same as the festival taking place in Mexico. Totally different the festival taking place in Anvers where I got the chance to photograph the weirdest beard and moustaches which I have ever seen - a very serious competition with very serious competitors and the same as the gothic festival where everybody is just the way he or she feels like....a way of life.
