When it comes to portraits, I believe it is crucial to establish trust in a truthful relationship with my subjects. There are no secrets between me and them, so my job is to seize the truth they are willing to reveal to the camera. However, it is a golden opportunity when a stranger turns to your camera and decides to gift you with their inner secrets. It happened to me quite a few times, and I am always grateful for such people. They literally put themselves in the hands of a stranger. I hope I did them justice.
