This is motion study of the beaches near my home. In the past year the beach has become my home away from home. I visit the beaches often to gather, refocus, rejuvenate my soul as this year has been the most trying year of my life. The motion in the images describes the chaos of my life. While the chaos pulls me in various directions there are objects and people in my life that act as my anchor and hold me to the ground. I chose to control the motion of the images with the subtle movement of the tripod. While I do not always have control over where life takes me the one thing I can control is my actions. That is what is represented with the movement of the tripod. It is with control of our own actions we can bring order to chaos.
