Re: Your Hospital Stay Ending On 01/07/20

Right before Covid-19 hit, in January 2020, my father passed away after spending 35 days hospitalized. I didn't have the strength to start cleaning out his home while mourning his death during a pandemic. Instead I started visiting his empty home about once a week to document it untouched, just as he had left it the morning he went into the hospital. This series was photographed during those visits.
