Self Portraits of Motherhood

As a mother and a photographer, all too often I capture moments in my children’s lives but leave little trace of my presence in their story. It’s a bit ironic when I give the greatest amount of my time and energy to being a mother. So when the pandemic brought an all consuming form of motherhood I decided to explore my experience through self portraits. This series is my story of motherhood- the joyous highs, the overwhelming lows, and the fierce love that holds it all together.
