Home After the Subject

This series of photos was shot over the course of the year 2020. It considers what shifts in living socially mean for the hegemonic family as all relationships become media-only. Without the face-to-face scaffolding of the "self", can we consider ourselves objects first? I am influenced by Jean Baudrillard's notion of Integral Reality as the increasing absoluteness of a systematized world.
