Fire Light

Fire; it is around the bonfire, the central part of a house, that the word home was conceived. The flame and light of this element allude to the purification and cleansing of the soul. It would be impossible to think of our universe as a home without the timely and infallible presence of the sun, because without it, life would not be possible. During the days of confinement that we experienced due to the pandemic, being aware of this fire, feeling its warmth, and letting it illuminate our space, gave us a sense of home in the midst of the crisis. This series is born from the observation of the sun over my confined space and is a reminder of its infallible presence painting my blinds at different times of the day.
