The series try to show a human face of expatriation, which is one of the biggest problems my country have to face these days.
The statistics of this April proved that the ratio of people wanting to leave Hungary is the highest in the last 20 years. Of the population under 25 years 39% are planning to live their lives in foreign countries, while in the 26-35 age group, this ratio is 28%. Though there's a difference between plans and reality, we can also rely on the statistics of the welcoming countries. Since the 1990's the number of Hungarians who stayed at least one year in foreign countries estimates to be around half million. There's 100-150 thousand Hungarians who are living and working permanently in Great-Britain.
