Silent streets. The stillness of the early morning air. Solitude.
I walk along the sidewalks and down alleyways of this small city not knowing exactly what I’ll find. I peer into a store window. I see plants and mannequins and reflections of the street on the glass. I see colors and shapes. I observe how the sun illuminates and the shadow it casts. I put the camera to my eye and click the shutter. It feels like a treasure hunt.
Hidden in plain sight is a series of photographs taken of these visual treasures found along the streets of a small New Hampshire city.
