Death of the Father

My Father -in-law passed away in late 2019. He had many children and grandchildren, many cousins and many many friends. He was 79 years old. He had lived in this area all of his life. He had a front-row-seat to a quickly changing world. Cancer took him, as it does many people here in the countryside of Thailand. I wanted to chronicle his passing for his family and friends, and to show people outside our lives how the end of life is celebrated here. Not every ceremony is the same. This collection is just a snapshot of 4 days of ceremony for a friend of many.
