Children up to the age of 5 believe that if they put their hands over their eyes, they are invisible to the observer. The assumption: without eye contact you are invisible. But isn't it much more the case in this society that children are around us, but we don't see them enough and don't notice their needs? On the contrary, we warn parents not to show their children on social media. But don't they then disappear completely from our field of vision? The series was created this year for World Children's Day in September 2021. Unfortunately, children's rights did not make it into the Basic Law this year. All the children in the photos are up to 14 years old.
