Cycling is growing and new riders are popping up every day. It’s a beautiful sport, and there’s room for everyone. Some of very passionate ones love to ride old bikes, wearing as the time of their bike style. For the most of them, old fashion should mean slow and better life.
For this series I have used an early photographic technique called wet plate collodion to disorientate the watcher about the time of these images. The process requires long exposures that ease the sitters into detaching themselves from their immediate surrounds, almost as if suspended in time and in space.
