comino

The island of Comino is the smallest of three islands that belong to the European Mediterranean state of Malta. There are just a handful of inhabitants on this island. In the summer of 2018 I spent some time in this extraordinary place, which inspired me to this photo series by its abandonment and the traces of its history.
