Mine is the revolt of a man who has become aware of the fragility of the ecosystem. Ok, so many studies talk about it so that everyone can be informed, but when I see that everyday life is contaminated, mine sense of rebellion increases, and I try to make complete sense of my helplessness in solving the problem. Here is the plastic in my photos often combined with the colorful textiles that blend with the light to discourage the inner gray that pervades my mind.
This project was created in my kitchen, stealing space and time from daily activities. My family had participated in it, in this way all our creative verve during 3 years has hovered in this space, changing it in to an artistic lab. Over time creative process developed in us a true environmental awareness. It was natural to look at ourselves through the portraits I created, and discover our inner light that crosses the darkness.
Project is ongoing (lunch and dinner permitting...).
