Biophilia

Biophilia is a visual portrait of our attraction to nature and the desire to connect with other forms of life. We are constantly in contact with the biosphere and this experience is sensual. We touch it, see it, taste it and in that exchange create a relationship with the ecosystems we inhabit. I'm curious to capture how that affection is expressed and how inseparable we are from the natural world. In an age of climate change, it feels urgent to rekindle our relationship with nature. The project strives to convey a sense of that connection and attachment.
