The Tights Series

We are an artistic couple whose work explores the connection between painting, sculpture, and photography. We use plywood and paint to construct sets for each of our shoots that are filled with whimsy, bold colors, and optical illusions. This series is about identity and the boxes we allow the world to put ourselves in. We showed the subjects' face as minimally as possible and create body sculptures.
