Trautenberg's garden

The name "Trautenberg´s garden" refers to famous Czech fairy-tale which took place in Krkonoše mountains. The bad guy - fat and rich nob called Trautenberg hazed his dependants and abused the mountain environment with his enterpreneur experiments. At the end of the day he was always fustigated by the good guy - good master of the Mountains called Krakonoš. In this project I try to document the last islands of relatively untouched Czech mountain landscape which is - mainly during weekends - heavily confronted with tourism. In this nature for me the humans are present rather indirectly through the traces they left. Deliberately I depict a man in a scale where the nature surrounds and crashes him. Through photography I pretend to be Krakonoš at the end of the day.
