Paused Tension

The nature of this project is fairly simple. I was once approached to create a project from the words Paused Tension. The first thing that popped into my head were sneezes. Sneezing is something we ALL do, its part of being human. I sought out to capture that split second of tension that happens when one sneezes that isn't really noticed. Some, more noticeable than others, really have tension going on especially in their necks. This project wasn't intended to have this in-depth meaning behind it, but rather be super simple in its nature. This project was shot in 4x5 black and white ilford film so it is true monochromatic.
