Industrial landscapes

My work took me recently to Siberia and Kazakhstan. I came across towns built purely to serve the coal and steel industries. The extent of air pollution is dreadful. these landscapes are so foreign to us in the Western world that I was attracted to them. They are scary yet very photogenic.
