"Make a wish" is inspired by a Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer's poem.
Bécquer (1836-1870) was a Spanish post-romantic poet and writer who is nowadays considered one of the most important figures in Spanish literature, and is considered by some as the most read writer after Cervantes.
When I was a kid I saw a painting of a portrait of Bécquer and felt in love with those eyes.
A few years later, 'Rimas y Leyendas' ended up on my hands. It used to belong to my mother and the old, yellowish book has come with me everywhere I went.
The rhyme XI was an obsession for years due to I always thought it represented my deepest way of feeling.
The continuous missing, the pursuit of unreal love.
Standing in the middle of the colourful Polish forest, eyes wide open, I found my way to honour him, Gustavo.
