2009. This was a turning point in my interest in photography. I had just got a Canon G9 and was experimenting with night shots of moths flying around a light. I had glimpsed a flickering trail in the corner of my eye when observing them and thought it could be caused by the 60 cycles A.C., so decided to try to photograph them. It turned out to be the wing beats flashing in the light but I had discovered an amazing, surreal world in the process.
