Inspired by the French author Sophie Fontanel, I portrayed women who - naturally or dyed - say "yes" to the hair color gray. She documented on instagram how society's view of the previously taboo hair color is slowly changing. Through movements like body shaming and advanced style, the non-standardized body is now asserting itself and the hair color gray has made the breakthrough. A trend that has the staying power to take root in society in the long term?
