This photo series I created specially for the sustainable fashion brand O'clotho. This is the story,
A dystopia that we are trying not to create... A gray, drouthy world where textile waste has taken over, where many species have disappeared, this is a planet where no plant can survive.
All of the pieces and details of this collection have been dyed naturally for the first time in O’CLOTHO history. Here we observe a heroine who somehow managed to survive while juxtaposing the dreary grayscale of her current reality.
In “SO’CLOTHO?”, we bring a critical perspective to consumption culture and one of its consequences, greenwashing, without hiding behind green labels. We are challenging ourselves to be transparent. We are challenging to ask ourselves, SO’CLOTHO?
