The Human Figure

Spending some days at Yaba College of Technology in Lagos Nigeria I encountered quite a different Nigeria than the Nigeria I knew from the media. I met hard working, seriously devoted students dealing with all aspects of the human figure during their studies photography, fashion, painting and sculpture. These students live, study and work at the Art Department of Yaba College of Technology, the cradle of higher education in Nigeria, the first Institution and best polytechnic in Nigeria since 1947.
