Embracing the Feminine Power of Polynesia

All of the images in this series are collective of females, young and middle aged, who are all Polynesian and Maori, based in the Cook Islands and Aotearoa(New Zealand). I wanted to document their every essence of their divine femininity and connection with Mother Earth. Their indigenous re-ignition and a setting fire to the soul with every powerful image, each one has it's own story of embracing our environmental surroundings. It is who we are. Every bit of light, darkness, colour and emotion was reflected in each portrait.
