My project “PhoTONE”, merges the two terms “Photo” and “PANTONE” (Color of the Year), displaying a photo / graphic / sensorial interaction between the colors and some “photographic notes” dedicated to women, rigorously annotated in the reference year but projected towards the future, in moments of “normal everyday life”.
Women who – probably most of all – have suffered the weight of this pandemic period, but are represented here as icons of reference for our faded existential palette, women who are “the color, the life, of our days”.
The three suspension points show the pure color not superimposed on the image, creating an expressive and informative continuity.
