I hope to explore the mechanical and emotional responses of urban youth when facing natural landscapes from the perspective of the younger generation. I use images to show the plants, mountains and rivers of the natural scenery. The natural elements present a quiet charm in my paintings. Trees are an eternal subject in photography, not only because of its diverse types and different forms, but also because it is a symbol of ‘unchanged’ in natural scenery. I mainly use black and white photo, and use pure color language to outline the true appearance of the natural landscape. I have a heart of perception in the process of shooting. Whether in the forest of my hometown or the land abroad, I try to intuitively and concisely capture, scan, translate, and edit the scenery I see. In this process, the real scenery has evolved into a projection of the heart, re-creation and non-interference, the contradiction between the two, but they are manifested as a whole, presented in the work, as if the ‘Shan Shui’ and ‘yin and yang’are opposed, but Coexist again. In addition to the love of nature, I also strive to express people’s awe of nature and the ‘sublime’ that nature brings. I hope that through photos, readers can pay attention to the different scenery of the familiar surroundings and the city in my heart. The collision between the transformed landscape emotion and the natural landscape.
